Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion aligned with future trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate planning and decision-making
- Deliver compelling scenario analyses and trend reports to stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
