Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI governance, and climate resilience to identify 2026 inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare and fintech
- Lead FutureSprint workshops with C-suite to stress-test organizational resilience
- Author quarterly 2026 Pulse Reports published in partnership with MIT Media Lab
- Architect the company's Decade-Forward innovation pipeline and patent strategy
- Mentor a cohort of junior futurists through our NextGen Visionaries program
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies Review)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced certification from Association of Professional Futurists or equivalent
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
