- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with proven 5+ year forecasting success
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, biotech, space, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (WEF, TED, etc.)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping projects
