Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for stakeholder engagement
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and strategic alignment
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities with 3-5 year horizons
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
