Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with emerging tech labs, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
- Design and facilitate 'Future Vision Workshops' for Fortune 500 clients
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, technological, social) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level strategic briefings
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
