Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains to identify 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Document and disseminate future insights through internal knowledge platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools like STEEP or Delphi method
