- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present future insights to Fortune 500 clients via white papers and executive workshops
- Build proprietary forecasting models using big data and predictive analytics
- Curate an expert network of futurists, technologists, and sociologists
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting software
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight publications preferred
