Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend mapping
- Published work on future-of-work or technology disruption (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in virtual environments
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
