Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Produce executive-ready reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their business impacts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into R&D roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary strategies to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
