- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product/service incubation
- Partner with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning models for global market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Oversee implementation of AI-driven trend-analysis infrastructure
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with demonstrable 5-year horizon impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, bio, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching future-ready initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario-planning proficiency
- Portfolio of published future-vision documents or patents
