Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven analytics platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with futurist think tanks and academic institutions
- Embed future-readiness frameworks across organizational operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published work on emerging technologies or future economies
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and predictive modeling
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
