Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ scenarios

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive vision with R&D roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for Board-level decision-making
- Identify and partner with emerging startups, academic institutions, and government labs
- Design organizational adaptation protocols for workforce transformation in 2026 ecosystems
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized networks
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities using tools like Foresight Platform
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating complex systems analysis and trend synthesis
