Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ scenario models using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients adapting to AI-driven labor markets
- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' briefs distributed to C-suite executives
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout emerging 2026-relevant startups
- Quantify risks/opportunities of climate adaptation and resource scarcity
- Present foresight findings at Davos-level industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with >80% accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Security clearance for government sector projects (preferred)
