Responsibilities
- Conduct longitudinal trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with scenario planning
- Design and facilitate future-backward innovation workshops
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats/opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into product development
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and backcasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Certification in foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects
