Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and market foresight framework
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate into strategic opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and strategic adaptation
- Present foresight findings to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
