Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal detection)
- Experience with scenario modeling and strategic roadmapping frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
