Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting business landscapes through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track evolution of emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks adopted by organizations
