As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to develop actionable roadmaps for technological disruption, sustainability transitions, and human augmentation. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for trend impact assessment
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to C-suite and investor audiences with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership in future trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
