Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in technology, society, and economics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and present strategic foresight reports and scenario plans to senior leadership.

- Lead innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate novel ideas and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders in relevant fields.
- Communicate complex future scenarios in a clear and compelling manner to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of identifying and analyzing emerging trends and their business implications.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of at least one industry sector (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
