- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on biotech, climate tech, and spatial computing developments
- Design resilience strategies against systemic risks including AI alignment and resource scarcity
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on AI governance, climate tech, or human augmentation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, trend mapping software)
