Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and horizon-scanning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead innovation workshops and executive strategy sessions to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend reports and white papers that translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions and market entry strategies
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategies from forward-looking insights
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization proficiency
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
