Responsibilities

- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into company culture and decision-making
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technological adoption
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-forward business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
