Our mission is to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and actionable business strategy. In this pivotal role, you will act as our internal think tank, analyzing global trends, demographic shifts, and technological breakthroughs to build a robust roadmap for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Macro-Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on global trends expected to shape the year 2026 and beyond, including AI evolution, sustainable energy, and remote work paradigms.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term strategic plans that align our R&D, product development, and marketing efforts with future market realities.
- Scenario Planning: Create 'what-if' models to prepare leadership for various future scenarios, ensuring business resilience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future trends into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and board members.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal innovation incubator, testing concepts that could become market leaders by 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, futures studies, or high-level corporate planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into business strategy.
- Research Skills: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and market research methodologies.
