Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for client adoption of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce annual FutureState Reports
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Present strategic visions at global conferences (Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
