Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive opportunities and innovation pathways through horizon scanning
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and actionable strategies
