Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) to map 2026 business scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for frontier research
- Present trend insights to Fortune 100 clients and investors
- Design organizational resilience protocols for disruptive transitions
- Mentor talent in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 50 companies
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology impacts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
