Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks using data modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech pioneers
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation consulting, corporate strategy, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy
