Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and social paradigms
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Design organizational resilience strategies for disruptive scenarios
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage global futurist networks and partnerships
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-ready mindsets across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-leading strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published research or speaking engagements on future trends (2020-2025)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
