Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks integrating futures thinking with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions with Fortune 500 partners
- Architect and launch moonshot projects in emerging tech verticals
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab team
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial ventures
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Strategic Foresight)
