- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap through comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential

- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation frameworks and processes to accelerate R&D cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
