Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend analysis frameworks for technological, economic, and social developments impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Produce strategic foresight reports and trend briefings for board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to identify emerging opportunities
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and corporate strategy documents
- Mentor innovation teams on foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5-10 year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation initiatives
