- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate innovations
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for exponential opportunity assessment
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Host annual 'Future Forward' symposium with industry leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into market advantage
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
