- Forecast and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure impact against future scenarios
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Foster an ecosystem of external partnerships with academia, startups, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Track record of leading successful innovation initiatives from ideation to market launch
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, System Dynamics)
- Demonstrated ability to drive change in matrix organizations across global teams
