Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products/services
- Partner with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with business objectives and market shifts
- Establish and nurture an internal innovation ecosystem through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and strategic roadmaps
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term strategic planning cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects with measurable business impact
