Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership reports on sustainable innovation and AI ethics
- Build cross-functional coalitions between engineering, policy, and design teams
- Represent company at global future-tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario modeling and quantitative trend forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
