Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate future-ready strategies into annual business planning cycles
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and deliver scenario-based strategic workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation and adaptability across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams through full product/service lifecycles
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning (preferred)
