Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling moonshot initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members to secure buy-in
- Mentor talent in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruption analysis
- Experience with AI ethics, biotech governance, or sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
