Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence capabilities
