Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight methodologies into long-term planning
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on industry transformation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products or business models
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with corporate innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
