Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal trends, and global signals to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks and trend intelligence systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-state solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product concepts
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through ambiguity
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from future-oriented initiatives
