Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions to inform 5-year strategic plans
- Lead innovation labs and hackathons to prototype solutions for 2026+ challenges
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations and drive product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation practices

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis
- Strong background in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive teams
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
