Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop and maintain a dynamic horizon scanning system for early opportunity detection
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-ready mindsets across the organization
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI for strategic bets
- Build and nurture external partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading high-impact innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
