Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build a futures intelligence ecosystem using predictive analytics tools
- Drive organizational culture transformation toward adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products/policy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, CFP) strongly preferred
