Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Advise leadership on future-proofing operations and talent development
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
- Exceptional data visualization and predictive analytics skills
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Network)
