Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to inform long-term innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future market shifts
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business plans and investment priorities
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness across the enterprise
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on emerging futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable outcomes
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
