Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives on future scenario planning
- Produce evidence-based foresight reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Drive innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep network connections with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from leading institutions (e.g., University of Houston)
