Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to guide long-term corporate planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in co-creating innovation roadmaps and future-proofing business models
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies with measurable KPIs
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling visualizations
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, training, and organizational change initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and strategic communication frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
