Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence signals
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready culture and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS) strongly preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
