Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Partner with R&D to integrate exponential technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and innovation ROI
- Curate thought leadership content on emerging societal and technological shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision initiatives implemented by Fortune 500 clients
