Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, bio-convergence, and decentralized systems
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation incubators bridging corporate ventures with startup ecosystems
- Design and deploy scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate resilience strategies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
